Jam Biscuits and "Patties"

I spent the morning baking!

A sinistra i classici biscottini a due strati con la marmellata e sulla destra una mia buonissima invenzione : I "Patties"

Sono Buonissimi!!!

Ingredienti per provare a fare i Patties:

...

120g di chioccolato fondente fuso (melted dark chocolate)

50g di farina (flour)

50g di zucchero (sugar)

20-25 pinoli (pine nuts)

10-15 arachidi (peanuts)

65g di uvetta sultanina (raisins)

1 uovo (egg)

e 3 cucchiaini di margarina (margarine)

...

Amalgamati tutti gli ingredienti riempi la sac-à-poche e dai la forma alle tue "Pats"! Inforna a 180°C per 12-15min
