sorry it's been so long!
Here above are more pictures of hand painted porcelain pieces. The second picture is of mini 4x2x2cm purfume bottle limoge boxes! They are one of my favourite things to paint! Below is a picture of my autumn hydrangea.

Scusate, è da un sacco che non mi faccio sentire!
Qui sopra potete vedere altra porcellana dipinta a mano. La seconda foto mostra delle scatoline di limoges (4x2x2cm) che contengono una fialetta di profumo! Mi diverto tantissimo a dipingerle! e la foto qui sotto invece è della mia ortensia autunnale.

Knitting..

These days when I'm not studying I'm knitting away, making a little scarf for a special little person. There are also a few other bits and bobs I'm crafting.. and I hope to update soon with pictures!

In questi giorni, quando non studio lavoro a maglia. Sto facendo una sciarpettina di lana per una personcina special. Ci sono anche altre cosette crafty in cantiere.. spero di poter postare qualche foto presto.

Porcelain Painting and Dichroic Glass

Here I am again!

With more Porcelain Painting!

This time it's jewelry!!

I painted lots of pendants and also experimented with dichroic glass on porcelein (painted and not)! It's a lot of fun even though you need a lot of tries to figure out what temperature of the kiln works best! Obviously many experiments were done with Maddy! It is so much fun! The picture above shows a couple of the finished pendants, whilst the one here below is of the beginning stages. I fired each pendant more than two or three times! I lost count!

In the picture below on the far left hand corner you can see an owl pendant with dichroic glass chips placed on and ready to be fired, and if you check it out on the top picture you can see how well they fired in!

Eccomi di nuovo!

Con altra pittura su porcellana!

Questa volta sono bijoux!

Ho dipinto molti ciondoli e ho anche sperimentato con l'applicazione del vetro dicroico sulla porcellana (sia quella su cui avevo precedentemente dipinto che non)! E' molto divertente anche se richiede molta sperimentazione per beccare la giusta temperatura del forno! Ovviamente molti dei miei esperimenti li ho fatti con Maddy! La foto sopra mostra alcuni ciondoli finiti, mentre quella qui sotto ne mostra in fasce di lavorazione. Ho cotto ciascun ciondolo più di due o tre volte! Ho perso il conto!

Inoltre sempre nella foto qui sotto (in basso a sinistra) potete vedere un ciondolo con due gufetti su cui ho posato le schegge di vetro dicroico, è pronto per essere messo nel forno, e lo stesso ciondolo lo potete vedere nella foto sopra, finito con il vetro fissato e in rilievo!Poi con queste more ho fatto la marmellata!

Un bel mazzolino di fiori!

Ho anche rifatto il pane. Nelle due foto seguenti vedete il pane prima della cottura, quando la pasta è lievitata, e dopo la cottura quando è pronto da mangiare!

I also made bread again. In the first photo you can see the dough after it has risen and in the second photo you can see the bread ready to be eaten!

Ho anche raccolto delle more buonissime e dell'uva!
I also picked blackberries and gorgeous grapes!

e questo grappolo.... con un chicco verde solitario?!!!
